5. Failed or Declined Payments

If your transaction is unsuccessful:

  • Ensure your card is authorized for online international transactions.

  • Verify that you have completed the 3D Secure verification required by your Italian bank.

  • Try an alternative payment method or contact your card issuer.

  • Note: Orders will not be processed or reserved until payment is successfully confirmed.

6. Refunds

  • Original Method: For canceled or returned orders, refunds will be issued strictly back to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your bank (e.g., Poste Italiane or Intesa Sanpaolo may have different processing windows).
